Our story

Buffalo's bakery for life's
sweetest celebrations.

Founded in 1989 by David Muscoreil and Ernie Ramstetter, Muscoreil's has spent more than three decades as Western New York's home for custom cakes and fine European desserts.

Today, owners Philip Sydoriak and his partner Stephen Duck lead a kitchen of some forty-five culinary artists — everything still made fresh, designed by hand, and built around your celebration.
